Durable, reliable with a low maintenance designed for patient comfort. All positions are controlled manually to provide greatest convenience for the patient and ease to the caregiver. Deluxe Latex Free Hospital Mattress is also available, and is compatible with this product. It is important that the correct mattress is used. An ordinary inner-sprung mattress does not have the coils wired on the mattress frame to facilitate a great degree of flexion. Over time an ordinary mattress could suffer from coil separation and can result in patient discomfort.
